Michael Bisping speaks on fighting Dan Henderson

TUF 9 coach Mike Bisping talks to The Sun about his UFC 101 bout wit Dan Henderson:

Bisping said: "I tried winding Dan up on the show a bit and I think I got to him a bit more than he let on.

"He's been around a long time and he's fought a who's who of MMA but I'm looking forward to fighting him.

"I've been playing the UFC 2009 Undisputed game as myself against him as part of my mental preparation and I've been knocking him out on a regular basis.

"I've been there, seen it and done it a thousand times and I'm sure when the night comes it will be no different.

"I think I'll out strike him, I'll out-wrestle him, my jiu-jitsu's better than his and I'll outwork him.

"I will do everything better than him when it comes to fight time.

"I'm 100 per cent confident. I've got a fantastic camp going on at the Wolfslair.

"I've got a bunch of very high calibre wrestlers in to train with and none of them are getting me down.

"I'm looking forward to the fight and the show as a whole."

Really? Bisping's arrogant demeanor is what first drew me to him as a fan.

If he was 1/2 as good as he thinks he is.....he'd be the pfp champ of the world.....A Hendo beat down will be fun to watch.

Maybe I'm giving Bisping to much credit but I really think this is going to be a tough fight for Henderson. I'm a big fan of Dan and I hope he can pull it off but he's old and Bisping is young and hungry.
