| German | Tim's height could give Fedor some problems in the beginning, but Fedor is so explosive and so good that I think he'll slap a submission on Big Tim in one of the early rounds. Should be an exciting fight. |

Silva is 24-4, with losses to Mir, Arlovski, Coture, and Nogueira. In this fight, Ive got to go with who I feel is the better, faster fighter. Fedor wins this by submission, which Silva is susceptible to.

| TO THE DEATH | My issue with Fedor is that he hasn't fought anybody with any real talent since Pride went under. Ring rust, and lack of competition may play a part in this fight. Sylvia has been fighting top competition at every opportunity. Also, when Fedor was in negociations with the UFC, Sylvia was one of the names specifically mentioned that Fedor did not want to fight. What do they know that we don't? Just food for thought. |

| German | Another point that should be brought up is the fact that these fights will take place in a ring, not a cage. Alot of former Pride fighters have had trouble adjusting to fighting in a cage (Crocop, Wanderlei...) Fedor won't have to address that problem. |

| Who Me? Admin | Not sure on this one. Sylivia is absolutely the most boring fighter on the planet to watch! I've seen snail races that were more exciting.....seriously!!! However, no matter how boring this guy is, he comes in with a game plan to set the pace and he does. he controls the pace of his fights better then anyone in that division IMO. He slows them down and uses his immense size advantage to grind out an advantage. Now Fedor is supposedly a beast. I have not have the opportunity to watch him more then highlights. Can he do what guys like Nogueira and Colture have done lately, or will Sylvia slow him down and grind it out like he did against Vera and the 3rd Arlovski fight? |
