Looking for a fantasy football fix during the offseason?

Hey outlaws, I've been playing a football simulation game for the last two simulated seasons (take a month or so per season) on Goal Line Blitz. If you've never tried it, take a look, it's pretty addictive. You start your own player and control his make up completely. He then can sign to a various teams and you train him through his development. As you progress, the leagues get better that you can join.

It does not take much time to run a player or two and you can do it for free (thought you can buy pts and own teams and advance your polayer faster ect.) I have not purchased anything, just have two players.

I think many of you would really like this, give it a shot. It's a nice way to pass the offseason. If you create a player now you can train and be ready for the next season. It's worth checking out.

Here's a link to give it a try, just sign up and check it out. Also, if you have any questions on it let me know, I'll try to help with any questions. One quick tip, don't use any of your skill points on the Special ability trees, they don't effect your player until later in the game.

Let me know if you join and what your name is so I can add you a friend and follow your players. My user name on there is: SO Miller Time

Its not bad, but I've played this for a few months and no matter what happens, unless you know the owner of your team, you're guy is gonna sit. I had a QB that was like level 16 (which is great) and he was on the bench for a guy that was like a level 10.

It is fun, but just be careful.

best advice on that is to recruit the owner, don't get recruited.....I got the same thing this season. But regardless of my starting position, my players usually find a way to get some OK playing time. Learing each season though.

Sucks they started a level 10 QB over you though.

What is your user name?

also, if we can get enough people around here with players I'd love to at some point have a SO team....just some food for thought.
