Mancard - What are some offenses that will get it pulled?

As a dude navigating in today's world it can be tough to maintain one's mancard. However, there are lines that a dude should never cross lest his mancard be pulled. What are some real life (ie stuff you've seen) scenarios where a fellow gentleman needed his mancard pulled?
