Well, with 8 games of the season being played against each team in your division, things are interesting. One great thind is it gives me enough drive to watch one game a week. Its definately a useful feature to the new NHL.

dude whats up with the rangers? Everythign I read in the offseason had people dogging them and they seem to be getting off to a good start..but again im not an avid hockey fan so maybe their good start was like the niners getting off to a 1-0 start.

Heh. The Rangers are playing well, no second way to look at it. Oh, and the Pengs are destroying the Isles hahaha!

The team that puzzles me is the St Louis Blues. They have plenty of talent, but have yet to show much (yes I know they don't play in the same division as the Rangers do).

Yeah, this thread is about division rivals altogether. But who knows with the Blues? Their failure has surprised me too

Rangers beat Devilsin both home and home games. Stars and Avalanche are tied right now. The Canadians beat the Sabres 3-2. And, although not division rivals, surprisingly the Coyotes upset the Red Wings 4-1.
