I'll watch a little if I have time to do so. I'm sure some of the games will be shown when I'm home to watch them.

as many as I can. Big fan of football. Was a goalkeeper in a league in the Middle East. Played against World Cuppers from Holland, England, Germany and a few other places. They were retired by then but it was a grand introduction to the sport. I've been to matches in England Italy and Germany. The fans are NUTS. In England, at a Man U game, the hoolies threw darts from the top of the stadium down into the crowd. In Italy they chased the refs after the game and beat the shit outta them. Interpol has more soccer hooligans on file than terrorists. Yeah, I'm gonna watch.

still got the ball marks on my chest from where they "learned" me. I lived on a Dutch compound in Saudi for a few years. My early 20s. They thought they could convert me to their ways. Learned how to play darts and snooker, too. Lived all the world. Enjoyed most of.

I had a ton of fun watching WC games with a local Brit friend in 2002. I woke up at 2 a.m. one night to watch Brazil/England then the U.S./Germany quarterfinal (U.S. should have pulled that one off). Somehow I ended up making it to work that day.

I don't know if the U.S. can get past the first round this time, but it should be fun.
