Two down, fourteen to go and the Lions sit at 0-2. My respect and condolensces go out to the brave fans who dared show their faces at Ford Field for the home opener. A few things caught my attention during the game and they are:
The Good: Calvin Johnson- Well Millen, you finally got one right. Fourth times the charm I guess but as a fan I'll take any bright spot I can get and Megatron (I refuse to call him Bolt) is exactly that. Johnson ended the game with 6 catches for 129 yards...

This was supposed to be a game that the Lions could afford to lose. Unfortunately that's not the case this week as the Lions come into the game with a 0-1 record after a huge disappointment at the hands of the Atlanta Falcons.
This week is the home opener for Detroit and the fans are getting restless. The Packers looked very good beating the Vikings in an early division battle 24-19 in a Monday Night Football showdown, and would love to go 2-0 with both wins in their division. ...

Ahhh Week 1. Everyone is equal and the possibilities are endless. Hell this just might be the year that we can win it all. Who needs Jon Kitna to predict 10 wins? I say they'll win 13! Afterall we went 4-0 in the preseason.
